"Ahoy matey! At Captain Copper Beard, we take great pride in our legendary BBQ rubs and sauces. Every bottle is blended with boldness and sealed with care — but we know that sometimes, rough seas may cause a hiccup."

📦 Can I Return Me Treasure?

As our products are food items, we do not accept returns unless the item is:

• Damaged in transit
• Incorrect (you received the wrong product)
• Faulty (spilled, broken seal, or spoiled)

This is in line with UK consumer law, which excludes perishable food goods from standard return rights.

🧾 What If Something’s Gone Wrong?

If your order arrives in less-than-shipshape condition, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll sort it quicker than a cannon reload.

• A brief description of the issue
• A photo of the item and packaging (if damaged)
